Prestone ...the green stuff. You'll want a mix of the coolant and water (50/50 - 70/30. depending on temp, etc..

And "would i premix? if so what thankx"

Not sure what you mean, but premixing is when we put 2-cycle oil in the gas..nothing to fo with coolant.

Some great threads exisit on NPG+ as well, do a search for those. I personally use Prestone and have for years. I don't however build or run heavy moded turbo engines.

no he's right premix the antifreeze. 50%antifreeze 45%2-cycle oil and 5% urine. urine instead of water because if you crash into sombody and your radiator pops open on them they'll smell like they pissed on themselves.

i'm only kidding by the way.

use 5 % water

haha premix--and no i'm not flaming you. just extremely bored

LOL, so far not one person has given you the correct mixing ratio per the Mazda recommendation. See Chapter 3 (Cooling System) of the service manual for the correct...

1) Type of antifreeze
2) Mixture of antifreeze and distilled water
3) Procedure for changing the coolant

The factory service manual is available at these two websites:

Manual says.. "The mixture should contain at least 50 percent antifreeze, but should never contain more then 70 percent."

Subject:Bulletin No.: 001/94
Issued: 10/21/94

PROPYLENE GLYCOL BASED COOLANT
AFFECTED MODELS
All Mazda Vehicles
DESCRIPTION
Mazda does not recommend propylene glycol coolants. Available information indicates the following characteristics regarding propylene glycol coolants:
* Provides less heat transfer
* May not provide adequate corrosion protection (to meet Mazda specifications)
* Freezing temperature is 10 - 20% higher than ethylene glycol based coolants
Mazda recommends ethylene glycol and water mixture.

Subject RECONDITIONED ANTIFREEZE
Bulletin No. 001/90
Issued 2/14/90
Revised
DESCRIPTION
Mazda Motor Corporation (MC) does not recommend the use of reconditioned antifreeze. Please use ethylene glycol base coolant for Mazda's aluminum engines.
Although it is available on the market, reconditioned antifreeze might contain silicon particles, which could abrade the water pump seal, or it might contain other chemicals, alcohol or methanol, that may erode metal parts.
Since MC does not advocate the use of reconditioned antifreeze, any problems caused by its use cannot be covered by the warranty
