What are the small rubber coated relay looking things i see all over the car

I specificly see 2 on the same rail that my horn is on, what are these things?

I looked though hanes manual like 3 times and got no answer

 

Download the fsm at www.fc3s.org. for free. It shows them and what they are. Up front in front of the radiator is the a/c relay among others. Those attached to the heater fan motor are for...........the heater/ac circuit. Free download . Make sure you have Acrobat 5.0 before downloading. Acrobat 5.0 is yet another free download.

 

just unplug them one at a time and figure out what doesn't work afterwards
