What are these for? (pics under my hood)

I was trying to figure out if my 5th and 6th ports were opening properly and this caught my attension. What is this line for with the valve on it that looks like it hsould hook up to an air pump. I have an S5 and i know that they use an air pump to open the ports. Did somebody remove it for some reason before? This picture is on the passenger side between the strut tower and the area with the 5th and 6th ports are. Can anybody tell me if soemthing should be hooked to this? ITs got a cap on it now.

Green plug for TPS? I've never heard of that. Can anyone confirm?

The *** is on the GXL's and it's an actuating system for changing the strut compression. By now all of the shocks are old and most don't use this option.

My AAS still works. And yes, the green one is for the TPS. The first picture of the A/C line is where you attach a fitting to add freon to the A/C system. There is a high pressure fitting and a low pressure fitting. They are different sizes for obvious reasons.
