What are these called?

I need to order all these transmission parts from my nearest mazda dealer, but I don't know the official names of all the parts... Could someone help me label these? Thanks!

Buy another throwout bearing and I THINK you'll get the spring etc with the new one. I'm about seventy percent sure of that.

Okay, I see your throwout bearing, retainer clip (or retainer spring), and the pivot point. I'm not sure what the pivot is called... unless that's its actual name.

No you won't get any of those parts with the bearing.

EDIT: I think its called a clutch fork pivot.

Numbers for '88 N/T
Clutch pivot ball 16-102B-0603
Release bearing 16-5100-FE84
I believe the broken spring is from the back of the clutch fork , which means a new one 16-5200-N204

If you've got it apart and doing a clutch job, don't forget:
Pilot bearing 11-D030-N326
Seal 11-404A-1881
