What to start with

Hey everyone..

I'm about to buy a series 4 turbo and will have say maybe AU$7000 (australian) to spend on mods. What do you all suggest i do?

Other thing.. Is custom work cheaper than buying a kit? ie. intercooler kit, exhast..
