what springs to go with bilstein hd shocks?
Just ordered my HDs from tire rack, but what springs should I get? I was originally thinking racing beat, but I want to know what the community thinks. What would you guys recommend?

I don't think any aftermarket lowering springs are stiff enough for the amount they lower the car. "20% stiffer" doesn't make any sense when you're lowering the car 1" and getting rid of half the usable suspension travel. They just feel stiff because most people are riding around on their bump stops or pretty darn close to them and don't realize it because bump stops are progressive... and that's not any good for a car you want to actually be fast, not just "feel fast"
Racingbeat springs are going to have far more research done for the application than any other lowering spring out there, so if you really want lowering springs get those.
I would recommend getting a ground control kit which lets you pick whatever spring rates you want from universal 2.5" race springs or have them suggest rates for you, and also lets you adjust ride height.
Ground Control - Coilover Conversion kit, 86-92 Mazda RX7
