Exclamation What this sound can be??

Everytime when I shift at high rev I hear a sound it's like
plock or clock

Im wondering if the previous owner did something to de transmission

and also my gears are very hard especilally the first gear

did you have an alingment done recently?
also could be your diff/tran mounts.

It sounds like it might be the front rear differential mount. Easy way to check would be to get the car up enough to get underneth of it. Push up on the front of the rear differential, if there is inch of play its bad. A good mount will be solid and won't move.

The Tranny mount is also a problem that comes up alot.
Check to see that the rubber peice in the middle of the center tranny mount is still there.

Did both of these to my 7 and all those bang, clank, thud noises disappered.

They aren't very easy to change especialy the rear differential mount, 7 out of 10 on the difficult scale for sure.

But out of all try to be a little more specific with your post not much info to go on there, you know.
