what are some good chips for a 90 na FC?
would a hole in the exhaust(y-pipe) affect the idle?

Chips are very hit and miss on a rotary... Some people have had good luck... most people don't notice any change. Generally the equivlent HP increase can be made from raising your timing up slightly.

And yes the hole will effect how an NA FC runs, not sure about idle, but yes it will effect low end.
