what size????

what is the largest tire i can put on my stock "phone dial" rims?? i saw one in the junk yard with 225's, can i get bigger ones?? Also, what is the biggest tire i can put on my '88gxl rims??? thanks

I believe that all stock FC rims are 7" wide so you can go 225s. I have 225s on my stock TII rims but thats as big as I can go.

Aren't the phone dials the same width as gsl-se rims(5.5 i think?). So probly can't go that wide then.

the gxl rims are 6" wide 225 is pushing it but it will work.. the turbo II rims are 8" wide and you can go 255 at the most..

225s is to much for the phone dials 225 on the stock 5 lug wheels will work and turboII yes 255 is max without a doubt. -Gabe

umm turbo II is 7" wide. 225 max. 205 stock.

no way you wana put 225 on the phone dials...

actually 245 is do-able on a turboII but you need a spacer.
