what are signs of failing coils and or ecu . the story started back last fall when my clutch blew out of my car when i got it back from conrads from having a new one installed i fired my car up and it shook,bad, so they told me it was missfireing so my dad had me take it to mazda and get a compression check the lowest one was 5.6 so i know its low but im not sure if it is low enough to make it do this the car also falls on it self at about 5500 is it posible its a ecu coil or mabey even a vacume leak in stead of compression, the car also when you start it stays on for about 5 seconds no matter how high you rev it it dies and also you can see smoke come from the turbo area any respone will be great

 

Sounds like you need a good tune up and going over of the car. Clean up the engine bay, change spark plugs, wires, check grounds, etc.. Try searching for "tune-up" or something similar.
