No gaskets or seals are necessary, unless you know that some are leaking, or worn.

The bare minimum is the differential gasket that seals the diif to the housing. You know where the 10mm bolts are on the diff, yeah, in there.
When ever something gets pulled apart that has a compressed gasket in the middle of it you need to replace that gasket, no matter what part of the car you're working on. Common sense....
