At what RPMS does the powerband drop on a TII?

At what RPMS does the powerband drop on a TII?

Anyone got their stock or midly modded TIIs on a dyno so they know the REAL DEAL? I just wanna know at what RPM the HP drops and what RPM the torque drops...or in other words, at which RPMS would you be wasting time in and not making any more power and should DOWNSHIFT.

First run is a totally stock TII w/ 65000 miles.

Second run is with: Walbro, K&N, N1, fresh injectors, 8.5# flywheel, and '91 exh. manifold & turbo. Stock boost for both turbos.
