I'm probably going to be flamed for this but I still want to know what rims are those? Looks similar to the Mazdaspeed Ray's Engineering Rims but the center is where they differ and I can't for the life of me find out what rims those are.

Looks like Work Equip, although it looks a little funky.
The Work Equip 5-spoke has thinner spokes.

Aren't the Rota Slipsteams just Spoon rip-off's?
Aren't they 1-piece, cast design?

I dunno about the rota's I think it's a different kind, I have an inital D FC model and the rims are different, they kind of wave out a little rather than just standard spoke. I've been looking for those for a while cause I really liked the look.

They are actually quite common.
http://www.takumiproject.com/
They have a set of 16", good FC offset for $780.
They have a set of 18" (Polished? Chrome?), BAD offset for FC for $1550.

Side note, they also have a set of Mazdaspeed MS-01's in gold for $900, good FC offset - not bad.
