i have a 86 gxl and was wanting to depwoer my rack and was wondering of i had a ratio that wouldnt be totally be unbearable on 16s wrapped in 225/50. i think i have the 15;4;1 or something like that but i hope mines quicker so my rack will be quicker once depowered. and if im not mistaken cant i take the belt off the ps and see if its ok and if it is then when properly depowered it will be easier than just belt removed? thanks

 

an 86 GXL had the 15:1 rack in it when it left hiroshima. take the belt off, see what you think
