what radiator suits better for my 1990 gxl na fc

I'm about to order a radiator for my 90 fc but I'm debating on the brands and on single pass or double , my main ones I was looking at where the cork sport but its needs some hose and shroud mods , and the koyos but don't know if the regular or N flow (2pass ) .

Tips on recommendations

regular for na. nflow if your running higher temps a more powerful water pump. from what i was told when i was trying to figure out a rad setup, the single pass is efficient enought for na and somewhat stock turbo motors. for the nflow you need a higher psi water pump to push the coolant around the corners. if im wrong, please let me know. but thats what i was told

Where is this "higher psi" water pump coming from?

BTW, the radiator cap controls the psi of the system, pumps are measured in flow rates (gallons per minute and the like).

Maybe he means. Will need biger pulleys to slow down the flow ? And the n flow has a divide

Why not use a nice condition stock radiator? Your NA so I doubt your temps will ever be high enough to need an aftermarket one.

Here's a thought about the OEM radiator that many may not consider. The composite top of the OEM radiator saved my engine during an overheat.

I was running a single alt belt and air pump deleted. My alt belt failed getting on the highway. My idiot lights lit up like an Xmas tree. I was paying attention to that while my temps rose and before I got off the highway the top of my OEM radiator failed. Causing me to instantly stop the car.

If I had the Koyo that I have now who knows if I would have stopped looking at my idiot cluster long enough to see my temp gauge rising?

Buy the best you can under your budget, so if you can budget in the 2 pass go for it. You might be NA today, and doing a turbo swap in 3 months...

I had the N-flo, and now Have a single pass 53mm koyo. and to tell the truth, temps are the same. I'm NA now, but even if I were to go T2, I'd keep this radiator. I know a few guys running 320 & 350hp T2's with my same radiator.
