what is proper cranking vac on a TII?

Question what is proper cranking vac on a TII?

im getting 3psi of vac. im working out a non start problem...

is that correct? can anyone just go check for me on their car?

why dont you start with compression, there is no average or non average cranking vacuum because it varies with altitude, temperature, humidity, wind direction, the position of the sun and the moon in relation to the earth's axis.

compression my man, compression.

compression is good on the motor but low because its a a rebuild with 500 miles on it, sat for a year and is still a bit flooded....
