if it has good compression then i say you could maybe get $750ish for it. You can't sell it for more than the cheapest priced rebuild (hypntyz7 sells rebuilds for $1200 i believe). and depending on how many miles are on your motor will also affect how much you can sell it for. but for a good compression motor with fairly low miles, i think you could get $750 for it. good luck with it.
oh, also, are you selling just the core? or what all comes with it?

this weekend I'm selling one of my spare good motors for $400 plus a little extra for installation. it has good compression with around 75xxx miles on it. BTW, its to a local person. but now I'm thinking I may have been able to get a little more for it. whatever.

I basically just want to get rid of the ****. I actually have two, but one is blown and I'm going to use it towards a core charge on a new high performance engine. Of course, any money towards that is greatly appreciated by myself, so I'm looking to crack a deal.
Is there any rotary club in Chicago where I could crack a deal to have someone haul this sucker away?
