what plug is this?

what plug is this and also this wire had another wire that was running to the o2 sensor what would that wire be for? and would it cause the car to die? the wire going to the o2 sensor in this pic is just drawn in because the wire is broken off right now until it gets spliced back in. Anyways here it is.

your picture didn't load up completly. But from what I can see its the BAC valve plug.
