what offsets for; 18X9 rear 18X8 front?

+27 front (+25 to +30 will usually work) with 225 wide tires.
Rears can go anywhere from +35 to +10, depending on tire width - I'd go less offset so the rim goes closer to the fender and doesn't look tucked in.
