What octane gas?

I have heard that you should use lower octane gas on a rotary but I want to confirm this as I have also heard contrary. Thanks.

87 in an N/A unless you are running TONS of mods (like everything made) and use 92 in TII's. For safety in TII's if you are racing on a track or even drag racing, try to get 100+ if you can to help with pinging. If you use NOS on either, run at least 92 to be safe. There, now that was nice and confusing wasn't it?

I use this

I use 92 octane in my Turbo II with NOS octane booster when racing or booting it hard.

My friend uses the same in his MONSTER bridge port N/A '88 GXL SE

But for any lower N/A car, premium (86-87) is ok, unless you have a significant # more HP.
