what nipple did I break - between intercooler and BAC
I'll find a pic if neccesary but I think I can identify this. Go to the left side of the intercooler. There is a black vacuum line that goes from the lower left part of the intercooler to a black piece attached to the upper part of the intake mannifold. From there a vacuum line goes into part of the BAC. Well I accidentally broke of the later vacuum lines nipple...damn. Is there any hope I can just cap this off at the BAC and the I/C. I tried JB welding the nipple on...but that has failed twice now. It's a pretty random part I imagine...any luck on where I can score another one. ALL help is appreciated.

the peice you are talking about operates the 3000 rpm cold weather start up. I broke both of the nipples off on mine. It is plastic and very brittle from heat and age now.
I have successfully repaired mine using super glue, however I recently removed the entire solinoid due to the fact that I disabled the 3000 rpm start-up years ago and have no use for it.
I capped the intercooler and the BAC with vacuum nipples. No ill effects as far as I can tell.
Good luck

That's the Air Bypass Solenoid Valve. It's ONLY purpose in life is to introduce extra air for the 3000 RPM cold startup.
Unplug it, remove it, and cap up the two nipples. Problem solved. This will not affect any aspect of the car's operation.
