What new color rims for the GTUs?

Yo,

I'm trying to get away from the bling bling white of my wheels, too much attention from the Popo.

I'm looking at a few different wheels, but damn if the Rota Subzero isn't a smoking wheel at the price and weight of only 14.5lbs for the 16".

Here it is:

Now, which color? I'm leaning towards black...but maybe bronze...then maybe gunmetal.

I'll put it up to a vote, which color should I get?

My car:

Let me know what you think!

Gunmetal always looks good on a 2nd gen. I have white Kosei K1 rims and love them to death but if I ever got new rims they would be gunmetal. GL Kevin!

SILVER! what is wrong with silver? nice basic color.

and why are you getting skinny *** honda rota rims?

17x7.5?

that is hardy justice for a true sports car. You need 17x8 and 17x9 on 35 mm offset front and rear.

anything less you are just wasting your time and money.

Yo,

Bah, I'm going for the stock size:

16 x 7!!

I don't want 17's...I'm all about the lightness.

16 x 7's with Falken Azenis 205/55-16's. Mmmm, tasty!

I have yet to have a grip issue with my car with the above set up. And if you do go with some possum masher 225-245 tires...how the hell you gonna break that rear end loose?! I'm workin' with 114 ft. lbs. of torque here!!!

NA's don't need big meats...'cause the driver has big *****...

*snicker*

Def the gunny, bro. Looks badass on red, and they stay clean looking longer!

If I had the sheckles, that's what I'd pop for.

The thing is that people here don't know that Rota gunmetal is more light brown, kinda sandy color..

This is a close up of Rota Gunmetal. One thing about Rota thou is they put a thick clearcoat so the color changes in the light.. you have seen mine Kev

Now that being said..

You know I love the Bronze..

But if you can find what Rota calls Royal Black (black with a polished lip) then I might be down for that.

Being that Gunmetal is brown and Steel Gray is more Anthracite (gunmetal) gray

Do you people still want to vote "Gunmetal?" or change the vote to "Steel Gray?"

OZ Superleggera

OZ Superleggera, very light, and the red OZ logo will accent the red exterior as well. 2 birds with one stone.

You're just mad 'cause I thought up the "witty tag line" thing first! *snicker*

Actually, you're the first person who hasn't liked it. I've seen people actually doing it recently...and not in jest like usual.

Heh.

black with the red will look really mean and clean. if you want to be flashy and get noticed more, get the white.
