What is needed??

I own a 1990 NA FC3S and I want to do a turbo swap on it. I want to know if I could do a 13B-REW swap on it and how much harder is it over a 13B-RE???

a 13B-RE or 13B-REW swap will be much harder more expencive for little gain over a 13BT
