What is my setup missing?? (swap pro's only)

So I am getting ready to swap in the turbo motor into project GTU2.. I am going to list my swap parts and make sure I am not leaving anything out. Yes I searched, just double checking based on my perticular swap.

S5 N/A coupe to S5 T2 engine.

Stock Transmission/rear end (until I have a good T2 transmission/ driveshaft)
N/A harness with emissions removed on T2 engine
T2 ecu using the N/A MAF until I get a T2 or Standalone
Using the T2 Clutch/flywheel with the N/A transmission
T2 fuel pump

My questions:

1-Without the Catylitic converters will I need to keep the air pump?

2- Will the N/A transmission work with the T2 flywheel and clutch

3- Best way to clean out the tank and fuel lines

Please don't pick apart the setup as this is very temporary as I collect the other parts. I plan to do the full swap at some point, I just don't want to waste money on S5 electronics when I am going standalone this winter anyways.

If you see anything I am missing, please post it up...

I think you need a T2 tranny with a T2 to NA driveshaft, which I think mazdatrix sells, I think there was also 1 in the classified section.

1) Air pumps are only needed on S5 NAs. So you can toss it & get a double alternator pulley or other alternative.

2) No, the turbo flywheel will only work with a turbo trans.

3) Drop the whole tank and rinse it?

Also, I believe using the NA AFM with a turbo ECU will make the car run richer across the board. It's a good thing you plan on making this temporary.

I assume the NA flywheel and T2 flywheel are weighted the same?

you can use a TII driveshaft on NA rear end by slotting the holes.

I have done that before, but I don't have a T2 tranny yet. Still shopping for one. I had to do that on my last T2 engine swap.. But I had the tranny on that one.

Yes, as long as you use a flywheel from the same Series.

Not sure about cleaning the tank, but almost all of the FC cars I see nowadays have badly corroded fuel lines that need to be replaced rather than cleaned. If this is the case, I recommend just getting a cheapie tubing bender / flare kit and some aluminum tubing and replacing the lines now while the car is in pieces. Now is a good time to upgrade the diameter of the lines if you plan on making over 300hp later.

Unless you have the ability to perfectly mill the slots and rebalance the driveshaft, that is not a good idea for anything other than low-speed driving. Besides, Mazda made the T2 driveshaft bigger for a reason, and I would hate to find out that reason the hard way.
