Welcome newbie. 
All of the 86-92 RX-7 wheels have a 114.3mm (4.5") pitch and 40mm (1.57") offset. This goes for both 4 and 5-lug wheels. Some spare tires have a 30mm offset wheel.
FC is the part of the VIN code which denotes an 86-92 RX-7 body style. See here for more VIN decoding:
