How much would you pay for an 88 TII that is in pretty good condition w/ fairly low miles?

I'm hoping to pay $3k or less, but itll have quite a few miles when I find it, depends on how low and what the condition is, also if recent motor/turbo rebuilds etc etc

I paid $1500 for mine - Original drive train, 141k miles, Body pretty straight after I replaced one of the fenders, needed a lot of electrical work, engine runs strong and does not smoke (Original engine), of corse I bought it as a toy, not a daily driver. I expect to rebuild and do mods.

I wouldn't spend more than $4K on a stock one.

Ya, I was planning on spending around 4k for a nice TII. Or should I spend around 3k and put a couple of mods on it w/ the rest of the money?

spend it on mods, and dont pay too much unless it has a somewhat recently rebuilt/replaced engine, or somehow low miles, cause you just might be buying a new engine in the future, gotta save that loot
