What mods would you suggest??
Ok, here's my current setup:
1988 N/A
cold air RAM-style intake
OMP removed, running premix
That's pretty much it
now, I was thinking about ripping off some emissions crapola..
my next mods were going to be
Cat/presilencer/straightpipe and maybe the RB header
have a hole in my muffler so probably the whole exhaust system (need suggestions, still going for the economical approach, don't flame me for being broke please!!)
Also, what's the deal with the 5th/6th ports, I need to know more about them...
And I hear talk about making some gains by upgrading the stock coils, using a leading for your trailing side or vice versa..
I need more understanding for the ACV, and whether I need my air pump as well, also I have pulled my A/C off which made a noticeable difference (the compressor is still on the engine but I am not running a belt to it)
Lastly, any posts on adjusting your TPS and CPS would be helpful, I am getting some afterburn (which could also be being caused by my exhaust leaks I am assuming) I love to hear your discussions. Thanks!

As for the muffler, it would be best to find a good replacement. Depending how big the hole is, you could try to patch it? But I don't think it will be as good as a replacement.
If you keep your cat, you don't really have to worry about 5th/6th ports, as back pressure from the cat operates those.
Adjusting TPS is in the FSM. I used the DMM, but you can also look into checker lamps.

Gutting the cat won't gain ****.
A budget minded 'approach' to an exhaust system would be a Bonez racing pipe to something like a Corksport cat-back, too bad that would be ungodly loud.
I suggest buying a Borla cat-back and then checking the forums for a used S4 RB Header/Presilencer combination, you can find many of them in excellent shape for under $250 or so. Also that way you can keep your 5th and 6th ports actuators active.
You can strip off the ACV and all the extra emissions **** but you'll need block off plates (http://www.2751engineering.com)
http://www.fc3spro.com for TPS adjustment (Thanks Ted).
Alot of your other questions can be answered by using the search button. Others have answered alot of this **** better then I can at this moment.
Good luck and enjoy your car.
