What mod next?

I know I'm probalby going to get flamed for this, but it's as a favor for a friend, so please try to contain yourselfs.

A good buddy of mine, who had a substantial part in installing my SR20 in my 240sx, owns an 86GXL that I used to own. Bought it on it's last legs and experienced the dreaded Apex seal failure with it and when it came time to rebuild I decided against it. Sold it to the buddy. Anyway it has full RB exhuast, KnN, Coldair box, Atkins rebuild with "aggresive" street porting, S-AFC and it's getting tuned this weekend. If you were going to do one thing to this car to make it faster what would it be? I want to pay the little guy back for all his help with my swap.

Yeah, a big shiny, new radiator is a great gift. Better to recieve than give.
