what makes rx7 flood???
It’s caused by the wear conditions of key components. As compression erodes in an older engine, it floods a bit easier. If your injectors are in need of repair, it floods easier, AND when both are evident as with most engines over 100K, it floods real easy.
For some reason my car doesn't easily flood.
But yes low compression and leaky injectors cause flooding OTHER than the fast shut off cause.
Perhaps pre-mix is helping out that.

As covered before if the ECU was the problem, the cars would have flooded when brand new from the dealer. They didn't.
