looks like panspeed. well thats what it says on the side of the car at least.

The side steps are definately Panspeed, the front fascia looks like a photoshop job though of a real one. The oval in the center looks VERY painted on (although it's done pretty often on a real car), the sides don't look like they're painted on that bad...but still don't look like they're really there. But the fascia does look like the Panspeed type I i believe it is.

On second thought...the side vents look worse than the front one...that's definately not really there look closely and you'll see it...I don't even have to zoom to see it. But yep it's Panspeed ...with some custom ehem..."paint".
