Well, if you see some sort of access port on your ecu (passenger foot area) and an manual boost controller floating around you'll know something has been messed with.

I havent taken a look at the ECU yet as I had more pressing things to work on (fixing the sunroof, ect)

The problem I am having is that the guy that installed all the aftermarket stuff took a lot of time making everything as subtle and stock-looking as possible. Hell, even the LSD looked stock until we went to lube it and saw it was a Kaaz........its like an easter-egg hunt with my new car....lol

I guess he wanted it to be a sleeper with hood-inspections too. I guess I just need to sit down and take inventory on every piece from bumper to bumper.

if you dont know what the stock turbo looks like then how do you know what a stock car runs like?

and why wouldn't he tell you about the parts on the car since he can get more for it when he sold it to you? i'm not even sure you can see in the diff through the service plugs to even know if it has a kaaz in it.

I have driven a handful of friends turbo-IIs, yet never needed to pull their turbo out to see what it looked like, and I know that the way this car shoves you in the seat at 3-4k that it isnt running stock......The HKS BOV and the aftermarket boost gauge that is installed also gave me the impression that it was an aftermarket turbo.....hence why I am researching into what it really is before I start messing with anything........

And the guy I bought it from didnt know much about what the car has, the guy before him is who installed most of the parts.....the best I have is secondhand information as to what is on it.

As for the diff, we took it apart to look for wear/tear on the internals before we refilled it and lubed it........
