What kind of fuel to run

I remember looking at one of the rotary sites on what kind of fuel to run and it was saying to run Premium fuel to keep it from knocking. I am ready to put fuel in my car and I just wanted to know what you guys run.

Since you have a Haltech E8 which replaces the stock fuel control, you should use whatever fuel your tuner recommends for his tune.

All stock FC RX-7s are rated for a minimum of 87 octane using the (R+M)/2 method, with no more than 10% alcohol. If the engine is badly worn or tinkered with, then the octane requirements may be higher. The original poster has an aftermarket computer with custom tuning, so he will either need to find out what kind of fuel it is tuned for, or he will need to have it re-tuned by a professional.

Yup, all FC's were manufactured to use regular.
FD's and RX8's premium.
