hum......850's huh. I wouldn't have to do anything with the fuel rail right? One day I'm going to get an avcr so I can see what my max duty cycle is.

I got the Stage III.... Kicks ***... I ran 110 Mph at 12 PSI (time was 13.8 cause my shitty tires wom't hook up till i hit 3rd... 2.4 60 ft time YUCK!!), no boost creep.

I have 550 primaries and 1600 Secondaries... thats WAY overkill... at 14 PSI of boost at 5500 RPM, my injectors are at 4.3 Ms or some crazy **** (thats nothing BTW) and the A/F is around 11.9. I'm going to switch to 720's and 1000's over the winter to see if that smooths the transition point out, I do get a slight surge when the 1600's kick on.

I have it tuned for 14 PSI now, gotte get other tires and get back to the track before it closes!!

ANYWAY..... www.injector.com the "japanese" Style should fit the stock fuel rails, but you'll have to get the grommetts and seats from the dealer.

BUT to answer your question.... I'd go with the 850's.. the Stage III i think is capable of maxing the duty cycle on the 720's if you have 550 primaries.

Remember its not necessarily the pressure, its the volume as well. 12 PSi on the stock turbine and stock tubing is NOT the same as 14 PSI through the stage III and an upgraded intake system. I know that from experience!

Damn I really want this setup, you guys are close to talking me into it anyways its an s4 turbo in there now with an upgraded turbine wheel, I have no idea what it is because I got it from a place taht thought it was a good used stock turbo but then I looked at it when it came in and it had 8 turbine fins insead of 6, so for 100 bucks it was a good deal just I want something faster. I think what I will do if I do descide to get it is put the 720's in the primaries and buy some 850's for the secondary location.

I ran 4 720's without a problem when I had a BNR stage 3.

did you have it tuned??? If so and with good numbers did you see that you needed the 720 primaries if you have something like the rtek 1.7 I wonder since it lets the injectors come on at 3500 rpm instead of 3800 and also increases duty cycle by 5% maybe the 720 primaries wouldn't be needed???

does anyone with experience think that 680's all around would support the Stage II/III safely?

um It looks like the general consenses seems to be 720cc secondaries would be the minimum it would have to be for stage III. Some people think 720's are to small so I would say that 680's would be a no go.

I remember reading someone running 680 primaries and 850 secondaries I think, tuned of course.

but they are talking about 680/720's in the secondaries only. with them all around, it should offer something like a %7 increase over 550's.

just curious
