WHat the hell- sudden electrical gremlin?? Read!!!

Just my luck.
Ok, I'm finally ready to sell my car- I pulled the stereo out, and gettin ready for all that stuff.
I have had the S-AFC hooked to the pressure sensor, but I didn't really like the results, so I just switched it back to the TPS wire at the ECU.
I went to start the car today, and suddenly this is VERY weird.
I'm getting a quiet buzzer, giving 2 buzzes at a time as soon as I start the car (coming from steering wheel area).
It goes off if I hit the brake pedal.
The brake lights don't work. At all.
My dash lights don't work. At all (though headlights do)
My idiot cluster says that my hatch is open and a door is open as well.

I can't work on the car at all because I'm having shoulder surgery tomorrow!! I was just going to put it on Ebay tonight, but obviously not like this.

Cold solder plug connection in the CPU?? Are there any wires to the ECU that control this sort of thoing? (I don't think so)
Any opinions? Never had any strange electrical problems at all in this car, I've been very lucky- EVERYTHING works!

Thanks!
Dan

2-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of the engine speed signal:
The buzzer sounds twice and repeats when the vehicle speed signal is missing input and/or no engine speed signal is found (short circuit, broken wire, etc.)
Is the tach on the dash working okay???

Beeps in an order; are power steering diagnostic beeps

Didn't check the tach..... Wont' be able to for a while now though- Sorry!
I've heard that beeps indicate PS problems.. I've had my PS disconnected for a while now. I'm sure this is all related- they all happened at once.

Just unplug the power steering computer. It should solve the problem.
