What the hell is going on here? Secondary injectors?

What the hell is going on here? Secondary injectors?
I have no clue whats going on but i think it could be the secondary injectors
Well all of the sudden now when i turn on my car it just dies out when it goes back down to where its suppose to Idle. So if i keep my foot on the gas it will be normal. So I tried taking it out on the road and as soon as the secondaries are suppose to kick in it bogs out....from around 4k to 5k
Oh and BTW i have an 88 turbo 2 with a to4 and other modifications. AThe engine only has about 2k miles on it and was working fine.
Pleaseeeee help me with any ideas of what it could be
