Have you tried autotrader.ca not sure If It Is the same as any of the above. If you are stressing 2nd gen's than there are a ton listed. In fact the mot of all the gen's. Dude, If you give up "on the whole RX-7 thing" than that would be your big loss as many others on the forum would agree.

If i get a n/a is it possible to drop a turbo engine into instead of the non-turbo engine ? how much work would it take and like how many hours ? Tools are not a problem my dads got more tools then he knows what to do with! i have a engine lift too!

just get a turbo II, it is much easier but swapping the engine isn't too hard if you are going from a wrecked car to an n/a...just buy a T2...

hey... I live in Brandon Manitoba During the school year... ive seen a bunch of second gens in Winnipeg but, they are definately harder to come by... Because the weather is so harsh out there.. most people dont bring they're rx7's out until the summer there.. so all the rest are usually just first gen beaters... Nonetheless you should be able to find a second gen around there if you look enough...

what about these two ??

87 MAZDA RX7 GXL 5 spd, safetied, white, sunroof, pw, pm, cruise, a/c, posi rear end, tint, mag wheels, exc cond $3900 obo. MB

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

87 MAZDA RX7 GXL,145,000 kms, candy apple green, Safety, all pwr options, new starter & alt, new paint job, sub & amp ready, brand new rubber $3500 obo. Winnipeg

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

those look like decent prices for gxl's depending what shape they are in...

If you care about looks, buy a 89-91 as they have a nicer, more mordern looking body.

If you care about performance, buy a 89-91 turbo as they are more powerful and have better turbos.

My simplified version of the S4 vs. S5 debate.

Good luck!

hehehe i dont think its a debate of whether an s4 or S5 is better, i think its more of a debate about whether he's gonna find any second gen or not lol...

Basically. The moldings look a little different and are painted on the newer ones. Also, the front bumper looks a little different and most importantly the tail lights on the S5s are 1000x better looking. but they can be swapped easily.

My seven is for sale if your still interested in one.
Once my f***ing scanner gets a beating or two
I'll put some pics up for you to browse upon.
Price right now is negotiable because I haven't
got it appraised. Feel free to throw down some
questions and I'll try and answer them. Slater

AH!

A potential customer.

If you care about looks, buy a 89-91 as they have a nicer, more mordern looking body.
I have one candiate available.

Black/Black 1990.

Basic model, I can take a deposit from you and build it to your liking.

I did this wit a 1990 GXL and a guy from Savanna bought it.

http://www.users.ms11.net/~burnsl/

$5k.

But its nearly perfect.

I gave it a 30 day warranty and gave him a free TPS and alternator after the sale when they both turned up bad.

PM me and we can talk about building you just the car your looking for. No more waiting.
