What has fried no elec power in run pos
I have an 88 with a new rebuilt with porting engine. I attempted to start it today after the winter layover. To ensure that the car had enough power, I boosted it even though the battery was fully charged. The car rolled over about 8 times and it didn't seem to want to start so I let go of the key to let the starter cool. When I turned the key again, absolutely nothing happened. Non of the warning lights came on, the headlights won't work, etc. There is a little power getting to the radio, but it is on/off/on/off/on/off (30 times or more per minute) as long as the key is in the acc position. In the run position, that doesn't even happen. What have I fried?

I am assuming that is with the engine running? I was more asking what the voltage was on the voltmeter in the dash or at the cig lighter (if you have a turbo).
12.6 volts is the normal voltage at the battery with the engine not running.

Nope, you want help and fail to supply all the information.
13.4 volts is wrong if the engine is running and way wrong if the engine is off. It is simply impossible for a automotive battery to be at 13.4 volts if the car is off, unless you have cables and another car hooked up...
Which is not what I am asking. I am asking what is the voltage??? Not what is the voltage with another car hooked up, or what is the voltage with the car running...
So try again.

I pulled the starter this morning, and it works fine on the bench. All of the connections were tight and are again. In the car I still don't have any power other than intermittant voltage going to the radio and nothing else.
I checked all of the fuses under the hood except the 80 amp black one in the center which doesn't pull out. All of the others tested 0 ohms so they were ok.
