you need to be more specific...

what is your budget? how much power are you looking for? are you going to do the work yourself or pay a shop to do it? do you know how to tune complicated efi systems?

You need to answer the above questions if you want any useful responses.

If you are not sure about the answers, read this page (your car is a "Kouki"):
http://fc3spro.com/TECH/FM2W/power.htm
And read the items under the "Turbo" heading here:
http://fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/mods.html

Don't worry about not being an expert.

Yes, the turbo is not upgraded until Stage IV.

Also, just for clarification, the website I posted is just an opinion of the author. You do not necessarily need to follow that list, although following it does help keep you from making a critical mistake if you are not an experienced mechanic. The stages are also an opinion of the author as opposed to an established standard for our cars, so you will need to reference that specific website if you mention the stages in your internet posts.

oh man, I remember reading that list a while ago, making up to 400HP on the stock turbines with a larger compresor wheel ^.^ that list is not a joke! I would follow that guide myself... but thats just me

get a hks divided t4 cast mani off of the forum ~125-150
get a journal bearing gt35, t04s or some sort of BW turbo (they are pretty cheap) new ~900
wastegate used ~ 150
make the oil/coolant lines yourself ~ 200
dp and wastegate dump pipe ~ 200
ems ~ 1k
tuning ~ 800-1k
injectors ~ 200
fmic ~ 350
plugs ~ 50

you can be a bit cheaper if you buy a used turbo. All the other stuff is pretty standard.

feel free to add to this list, i just whipped this off the top of my head

if you dont want to spend as much get a BNR hybrid and rtek chipped ecu. also some larger injectors and a walbro. and an aftermarket exhaust.

Just start at Stage I and slowly work your way up to Stage IV in the fc3spro link. Once you get to Stage IV, you can go with a "cheap" BNR hybrid which should put you where you want to be.

(BNR has their own product stages, not to be confused with the fc3spro upgrade stages)
