what gauges do i need?

ok, i got an 88 gxl chassis. im putting in a s5 t2 engine. its completely stock... except it's gonna be FMIC and an aftermarket BOV. so what gauges do i need. I know I'll need a boost/vacuum gauge because i'm using a full racing beat exhaust with the fuel cut controller, what other types of gauges are recommended. also, would you recommend electrical or mechanical gauges? is there a good website you know of that I can view these gauges? i'll prolly be using A pillar pods (2 1/6").

If you are going with a FMIC you NEED a water temp gauge.

Personally, I think Water temp, boost, oil pres/temp are what you need. And if you are gonna tune your car AFR/EGT. And for the gauges...electical. Not really a fan of running hot liquids that are under pressure over my feet/legs.

what do you think about the autometer gauges on ebay? they are cheap, im not looking for anything too fancy. all the gauges in the summit mag are like $40+

I have Autometer Ultralite pro comps. I like them alot! Not sure on their quailty but they work and work better than stock. Not sure what is on ebay.
