what front is it!?

hey help, anyone know what front this is, and where to find it? also if u know does it have the light fixtures on it or is it only a front peice?

It is about $2000 for the lip, and the non-pop up headlights. The round fog lights are $50 each. Looks bad ***, but expensive...

The best front EVER MADE for a 2nd gen, the RE Amemiya FC2000 kit. Its what we all dream of.... I like it without the fog lights and making one of the headlights into a intake like they did in the RE Amemiya video of that car. It will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.
