what are the fastest time to take out a engine

I can do it in 2 minutes with a Sawzall and a tow truck Unbolt the front motor mounts and trans crossmembers from the chassis, pull up, cut as needed until the engine is out. Going back in is trickier though

How many people pull engines with transmissions? I always yank with the tranny attached. I helped DJCHunter put his engine back in and he had left the transmission in the car, holy crap that took forever.

I have a video from Japan of a guy (I think it was Mr. Amemiya of RE Amemiya fame) pull one (stock everything still under the hood) in 26 minutes BY HIMSELF. He had a guy help him get the hood off, but that was it.

me and gabe removed my engine, took his engine out, put a new engine in his car and had his **** running all before noon.
So so true my man that junk was so hot but the watermelon was so refreshing haha...Although i dont think Charles and I are the fastest i still think we do it the best cause 2 rotorheads are better than 1 over an engine bay i hate working on someone elses junk and all they do is watch

I pulled mine out and changed the clutch and put it back in in 3 hours... (I took the engine out because the tranny didnt want to come out lol)
