what exhaust?

so im looking into buying another rx7 seeing as how i sold my old one which was junk. i found one im really interested in, and well i wanna actually put some money into this one if i get it seeing as how everything is there. its got all the interior and hasnt been totaled before so its straight. heres the question. i cant decide if i wanna do the racing beat dual cat back or if i wanna do dual apexi's, or single apexi evo? any ideas. andysautosport.com has the apexi, pretty much every apexi kit you can think of for not much differently priced then the rb. i want something that sure if its god awful huge. to sound good. and idk if the racing beat will sound good or not. if im spending the money i wanna be able to hear it. all the vids of racing beat i found it pretty much sounds stock still.. so idk if i like it anymore. please guys. feedback.

Doode... Buy the car first and then worry about an exhaust after you make sure everything is daily drivable.

Merry Christmas! I hope Santa brings you a new seven!

The RB sounds good, but it will also be fairly quiet when you're cruising around. [So the Police will leave you alone and you wont get headaches ^_-] It's not so quiet that it's inaudible at any time, but just enough so that it wont annoy you when you're not getting on it.

As for the sound when you rev it up, the RB is much nicer.. IMO

thats what i wanted to hear derek. i wanted some reassurement. i like that the rb doesnt look obscene. but idk. if it makes sense. i didnt wanna spend that money and still sound stock. so yeah. except the rb will be cat back cuz of having emissions. and i know i should get car first. but the exhaust needs replaced on it cuz the pass muffler has a hole in it. so not to be mean. should have asked first, sorry it just seemed like a *** comment. but thank you for merry christmas. as well with you

The RB exhaust definitely doesn't sound stock [I have a RB Header+Presilencer].. When I had a stock catback it was very.. Buzzy sounding. The RB eliminated that and replaced it with a deeper sound. ^_^ Merry Christmas!

I put rb revII on my 87 TII .... rebuilt street ported.... hybrid turbo what not. Yes at idle and lower throttle it isn't super loud. Sounds a million times better than stock and not obnoxious like "can" exhaust... fabulous quality and looks great! When you open the exhaust up...meaning give it the gas...WOW! I'm finally getting enough miles on the rebuild to get on the engine a little bit and I was amazed. Good exhaust is expensive.... but well worth it. Very pleased!

Wish I could have kept my header back RB exhaust I got from a pick and pull for $10.

Could have used the majority of it on my TII.

What kind of set up do you have to make fireballs come out of your exhaust? I have an Na and was wondering what I would need in order to achieve fireballs lol
