What else to do during motor swap/splice job

I have another chassis (straight 175K 87 TII) to drop my motor & goodies from my tweaked one (twisted 87 TII) into. I'm putting in urethane bushings, rear-steer eliminators, adj. sway links on the new chassis to "refesh" it a bit. I'm also adding the adj oil regulator while the motor is out. What else should I be messing with while it's out of the car? I've eliminated ACV, etc along with the vac spiders. The OMP system is getting plugged/pulled. Injectors done by RC 3K miles ago, so they shoud be OK. I may replace ALL gaskets on the exhaust side, but that's a bit of $. I plan on degreasing the hell out of the car under hood & repainting it prior to the motor swap. All the goodies in my sig will be transfered.
Am I missing anything? Wheel bearings? What else? Oil pan baffle worth the $?

OH god that's an extensive list... How about port and polish the intake manifolds... Full fuel system inculding adjustable fuel pressure regulator and new lines and rails... ditch the PD... change/relocate the fuel filter... clutch stuff... How long do you want this list to be?

Oil Baffle: Not unless you're autocrossing.

Wheel bearings: Kinda confused on this one. Why would having the engine out make any difference to ability to change the wheel bearings? And why even ask about replacing something you didn't even mention you had any kind of trouble with. Just for the sake of replacing it? Wish I had that kind of cash...

The wheel bearing thing... No, it's just that while I have most of the suspension apart to replace the bushings, it dawned on me that I've never seen wheel bearings go 175,000 miles without maintenance. I believe the suspension repair/upgrade was covered in the second sentence. I'm going after the do it once, do it right thing with the suspension on the new chassis. I tend to write train of thought sometimes.

Clutch replaced in December of 2001.

I'm trying to plan well so that while the motor is out, I don't do like 2 things, put it into the new chassis, then go "DOH! I shoulda done (insert your choice here) while it was out." I'm also trying to minimize downtime as this is my daily driver.

The fuel stuff can all be done with the motor in, intake off. I did the injectors last year & it's not that terribly a huge PITA (especially without the SOB hose to the TB). Same with port/polish of manifolds. I'm looking for stuff that either requires the motor out, or makes you wish it were.
