What ECU to use in my VERT- TII swap?

I have started buying parts for the T2 conversion in my 88 vert. But.... what do I do about the ecu? Will the standard N332 or N333 work? Will my power top still work if I go with one of these? Does the power top function independently from the ECU?

One more question. I have read that s4 TII and s5 TII fuel pumps are not interchangable because of different depths in the fuel tanks. My convertable has a different size tank than a coupe (at least I am very confident that it does), is the s4 TII pump going to work?

I use the N338 that the 'verts came with. It is interchangable with the N333 and N332.

The ECU only controls engine functions. It has nothing to do with the top.

And the S4 gas tank is the same size for a coupe or a convertible, wether it is turbo or not.

Thanks Icemark. I have read that the coupe fuel tank is 16.6 gallons. When I run my vert next to dry it takes about 13.5 gallons to fill up. What is up with that?

there are always a couple gallons reserve so that you don't run the tank dry and burn out the fuel pump.
