Help analyze what caused my new engine to blow !!! Compression #s

Yup , the first 2nd gen to have mid 13s (soposevly) with time slips and dyno results just blew up so im retiring to go to colledge and selling the car.

My ? is what caused this one to blow so early ???

My rear header runner to the rear rotor was glowing red hot...And my timing was advanced alot. The car did run really hot but the temp gauge and oil were completly fine ???

Compression numbers are as follows

Front rotor HOt engine
1.5-1.6-4.8
= 254 RPMs
Rear Rotor
5.3-3.8-4.1

I replaced all injectors just in case one was running lean...Nope still ran shitty

Then replaced all plugs and wires as well.
Still shitty

No leaks or anything whatsoever , all silicone vac hoses exc...

Compression shitty , wtf ?

I only put 400 easy miles on it...It started hesitating on the freeway when I first got sings of low compression.

I'm confused. Was it a new engine or a used engine that supposedly ran 13's? If you advance the timing too much you can easily kill the engine.

My ***. No the stock ecu. I dought that was the cause. alot of people make that power on stock ecu and have good idle and timing.

i dunno if this relates to anything, but maybe becaue it wasnt broken in properly? you did post a thread about letting your car idle to break it in? (shrug)

A voice in my head is saying that that enormous "port" (if you want to call it that) was too wide for your side seals to make it over without dipping down into while the engine was running. They would smack their sealing surfaces on the huge openings' edges and wear themselves down, if not just get eaten completely. Ever hear not to open the exhaust ports too much so the apex seals don't start flexing because of too little support? Same idea.

There is a good reason that a barrier is between the secondaries and sixth ports!

(OT) ^ there is your car again Omochi, beautiful!
