...94% correct.
Not a noticeable difference.
The SE's were the lightest FC's. They had lighter brakes, but the car also curbed significantly less. I never once had a problem getting my SE to stop.

to switch from 5 lug to 4? There's LOTS of reasons not to, and not any reason to actually do it. You'd be better off getting wheels to fit your car as is. If you want 4-lugs hubs, go trade the car for an SE.
that has to be the stupidest analogy I've ever seen made...

Boosting Again
it sounds like you dotn actually care about performance, just looks. If so then do a 4lug swap, but you will be loseing alot of brakeing power. It is alot of working doing a full 4-5lug swap, are you willing to do it just over a "nice" set of wheels?

but if i upgrade the brakes themselves, then it would be fine, and a wheels for wheels trade including the hubs, would be a good deal. idk, ill keep looking around, thx everyone

well im upgrading to a 5 lug so if u really want i can sell u my 4 lug stuff.. but i still think thats a bad idea. stoping distance will be longer, in all honisty less tire and rim options, and rims can generaly be milled to fit your 5 lug if you need the rims that bad.

the downside is the pain in the *** swap. Plus the money spent on getting new brake pads and fluid. Then you gotta repack your bearings and you need grease for that. Resurfacing the rotors so your new pads don't get junked. Disconnecting your half-shafts and trying not to junk your hub nut hammering it out.
Or you could just half-*** it, because all you want are different rims on your car in the first place.
