I paid $250 for a set of vert wheels 2 years ago. All 4 came with good tires and center caps, but two wheels had some pretty bad curb rash.

Just for reference I paid $180 for clean vert rims this summer. Came with Bridgestone tires with about 80% tread left, just no center caps.
Those rims look a little beat up...
