Many people do not stand behind SS-Autochrome products. Bad welds, sloppy curves, **** poor service. You would be taking a chance.

actually, from the MANY people who have actually bought the product....they say that its well worth the money, a quality product!....due to everyones enthusiasm, im going to purchase this kit as well!

here....go here... https://www.rx7club.com/group-buy-center-69/gb-fc3s-complete-ss-turbo-back-dual-exhaust-470213/

thats the group buy for this product..... there is 10 pages of info and i think on page 6 is the first person to actually recieve the exhaust... so read up, and make your own judgement!

maybe if you consider loud=horible then it prolly would be horable for you, i find the large 3" systems with those style muffler sound pretty beatsy on a rotary engine.

i doubt it sounds like a RB system, for sure it will be alot louder than the RB setup

a friend of mine had his SS autocrome turbo break apart on him... after two weeks... That metal-breaking sound is not what you want to hear @ 25 PSI....

all flamming aside ur not gonna gain much by just adding that. but if/when you do buy that youll wanna add an rb header and presilncer to get rid of the nasty powere blockers (your catalytic coverters). also on there it sais it has 2.25 tips. on the stock exhaust i beleive the piping is 2.5

Who's talking about turbos?

So far all the genuine feedback on this exhaust (from actual owners) has been very positive, so what's with the continuous stream of crap from people who have no actual experience with it?

I had that XS Power ****. I got it for my civic, and the manifold didn't even fit. It was the wrong foot print, and was too big to fit in the engine bay. The welds look like they were done by a 4 year old. XS-Power refused to refund money.

If I heard that your mom is a ****, should I believe them? If you search the forums, there are many people using the magnaflow exhaust including myself, and have not ran into one damn problem with it. IT sounds beautiful, and I dunno WTF you heard that it cant stand the heat, but I been using it and the coming off the muffler is enought to melt the bumber, but the exhaust is intact..

Thats why I dont even come here that often anymore... So many damn haters that talk **** about something they know nothing about. Honestly, if there are soo many people that have used this product and give it a great feedback, then why do you *** heads who never used the damn product, talk soo much ****. Im tired of my neighbor tried it and this happend, or the infamous civic pics that everyone swear they know the guy. Just give it a rest. People will buy what they wanna buy.

If you have used the product and have had problems with it, or are discontent, then post it and GIVE SOME FEEDBACk.

I speak from experience. I had a SS-Autochrome Manifold and was very unpleased with the welds. Sold it!

I also own a borla muffler, and that is one of the best investments I have ever made. It is Rock solid, and sounds freaking awesome. That is on my First Gen.

Thx everyone.
Rx7b13, i don't need cat's as my car is pre 93 so not a problem.
NZConvertible, you are quite right, i have no idea why people have started talking about manifolds and turbos. Although it's interesting to hear they're not very good, i doubt i would've bought a turbo of this company anyway.
There are, indeed, a lot of 'haters' on this forum as martin so aptly put it.
Oh and so as not to cause offence. Most people in the UK don't like being associated with Europe FYI. That's why your european forum has very few English people on it.

When your talking about a cat-back, your only really dealing with mufflers and pipe. the noise reduction is going to be controlled by material used and the design of both piping and the muffler. The only thing your really risking is incomplete/inproper welds and fitment issues, other that that you have nothing else to worry about.

....if noise is a problem then get something either stock or similar too that.

I purchased one of thier single turbo back kits back when they were first getting started. Got the whole deal for 320 shipped and its beautiful. Never had any problems with it and never had any fitting issues with it either. I can say thier quality on my peice was outstanding, louder than **** of course, but I have a borla muffler welded in where my cat was so that toned it down slightly. I was actually getting accustomed to the sound. I have heard terrible things about thier turbos and manifolds but my exhaust is fantastic.

Shitty *** turbos( when a turbo is $150 you can expect the quality). GOOD FC MANIFOLDS AND GREAT EXHAUST. I have experience with all, so I know what Im talking about. The welds are great, compared to the Fd manifolds. And if anyone thinks other wise, Ill be glad to take closeup pics of the manifold on my car..

I have this exhaust on my car now and I think its great! It also mates up to Corksport's downpipe/midpipe 80mm combo. The exhaust sounds good to me and alot of people around this area that remembers my car with the HKS muffler like the ebay duals better for looks and sound. Has a more low key look and doesn't have the off balance look of a single exhaust AND I've run better quarter mile times with it.

You can look at my Vgarage for some pics from the rear.
