what do you guys think about ebay engines?

i was browsing ebay this morning and it occured to me that there are a few places that are selling used imported turbo II engines with around 40K for like $1500. seems like an ok deal. what do you guys think about these engines? anyone have any experience with these engines or an engine bought from an importer?

Id trust these guys or other similar company over ebay:

http://corksport.com/store/category/...c_engines.html

Cheaper than ebay in most cases.

Places are terrified to warranty a rotary. Most of these places will warranty every motor except a rotary.
