what to do w/s5 t2?

hello evryone. i just needed to know how to get s5 t2 to work in s4 body without having to run premix? will i solve all of that by puting s5 ecu and keeping s4 harness? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The S5 ECU won't work with a S4 harness.

You would use the S4 harness and ECU. You would also need to replace the front cover and MOP with ones from a S4 Turbo.

thank you, but what is the mop or front cover exacly? sorry man i suck at this so does the machanic that is doing the swap.i haven't found anyone in upstate ny that knows about rx7's. IT SUCKS!

You really need to take your car somewhere where they know what they are doing..or you are just asking for problems. The MOP is the metering oil pump. on S5 cars it is electric, while on S4s it is mechanical. You cant run the MOP with the S4 ECU, so you need to switch it out for a S4 unit. This involves replacing the front cover (most front part of the engine, encases the CAS and MOP)

thank you. that really help. also i wish i can take my fc3s to someone that knows what they r doing, but around here noone know anything about these cars.

Usually just premix.. , or install a S4 MOP , with the TB and linkage.
